Our services include weekly removals to France from the UK and our vehicles service all regions of France and the UK and Ireland. We do not sub contract our French removal services and can accomodate any size removal from 1 box, 1 bike or motorcycle, cars or a complete household. Our vehicles are on scheduled departure dates so you will never have to wait too long for your delivery in France. We operate 7 tailor made road trains between France and the UK and also operate from our storage facility in Northern France.
Part Load Removals To France
As we are long established in the French removal market we are lucky enough to have a steady volume of removals to and from the UK and France, Therefore we do not have to wait to consolidate loads. This enables us to be able to offer a scheduled part load removal service to France. Our staff will be able to inform you well in advance of available collection and delivery dates for the relocation of your personal effects.
Our excess baggage service is ideal if you would like to send just 1 or a couple of boxes to France in a hurry, or maybe a bicycle or set of ski’s. For bigger consignments our part load service via road is the perfect solution. If you are ordering beds, sofa’s or furniture from a UK store, why not have them delivered to our warehouse where will inspect them for damage upon delivery and then re-wrap and carefully load onto our next departing vehicle for France. We can also collect on your behalf if required.
Difficult access to your property
We can assist with difficult access in France by utilising our network of French removals companies who can offer manpower and small vehicles for trans-shipment if required.
Our vehicles also have demountable bodies which enable our crews to replace the body on the front half of the vehicle with the body on the trailer. Therefore if you personal effects have been loaded into the trailer body and you have tight access, we simply swap the bodies over and attemp the delivery in the front half of the truck. Other removal companies operating road trains to Europe without swap bodies cannot always garauntee placing your effects in the front half and therefore would have to transship your effects by hand to the front.
Moving your effects abroad
The movement of your effects as an EU Citizen is unrestricted by customs clearance or procedures upon entering France. The only required document for your effects when moving to France is the inventory which will be completed on collection of your effects.
For people out of the EU A valid passport is required of all foreign nationals entering France . No visa is needed for international visitors staying less than 90 days, unless you are a student planning to study in France. For longer stays, you must apply for a temporary-stay visa, long-term visa or residence card. Visitors must have ready for presentation at the border documentary evidence of the purpose of the visit, means of support for the duration of the stay and accommodation arrangements.
